I could have struggled and searched for a technical solution I was stumped with but I humbly reached out to a couple of my co-workers and they had solved this exact problem before with a very creative solution. It took us about 30 minutes together to complete this function but we got it done. Stubborn pride will cost you a lot of time and wasted energy when there is someone who you can ask for help.
