Win for the week:

I hired and am training a virtual assistant in my main job to handle the bulk of adminisrative task, freeing my time to concentrate on revenue income producing activities.

I’ve lost 9 pounds and averaging 5000 steps a day. I’m noticing  that I sleep deeper and longer that I did just a couple of weeks ago.

Curt’s Stuff:

Win for the week:
In the day job we completed the automation of creating blog web sites so now I just approve them and they create the site and email the requestor in about 5 minutes where it used to take days to get their site and we can retire the server the code was running on.

30-Day Challenge:
I kept up my workout morning routine and my 7,000 steps everyday in the month of January and lost 11 lbs.
