Resource:
Less of a resource and more of an efficiency, focus technique. It’s called the Pomodoro Technique. It’s a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by five-minute breaks. Longer breaks are typically 15 to 30 minutes after four consecutive work intervals.
