The Harvard Study of Adult Development, ongoing since 1938 with a few hundred participants, has revealed that strong friendships are key to happiness, better health, and contentment. Contrary to expectations, good friendships, not factors like cholesterol levels or physical activity, were the greatest predictors of a long and happy life.

Got a brisket for my birthday that was retrieved by the butcher. Made brisket sandwiches in the crockpot with a simple recipe of cider vinegar and BBQ sauce. Topped sandwiches with coleslaw and pickles
